Problem
Contract information sits in long documents that few people have time to read closely. Legal and sales teams need to spot deviations, compare terms and catch upcoming renewals — across a single contract or a large batch at once.

Applied Lean UX to shape a product vision for contract intelligence with the Innovation Lab team.

Ran user interviews with the people who audit and negotiate contracts to learn what they look for first.

Designed two paths: single contract analysis, and large batch analysis with an at-a-glance comparison report.

Prototyped the report — deviations from template, contract-to-contract comparison, products sold, and AI-moderated suggestions.
Outcome
A contract assistant concept that turns a batch of uploaded contracts into an auditable report, with renewal and enhancement suggestions surfaced in context.
